Unless specifically excused from further assessment then you should expect your ESA award to be reassessed on a regular basis, anywhere from three months to two years for the WRAG and three years for the SG.

i got the form today i have until the 8 jan to get it back by
when it comes to the face to face i have mobility problems do i have to travel to there centre
it was milton keynes it was very difficult

You can ask for a home assessment but these are rare for ESA and you will certainly need the assistance of your GP who you will need to write to Maximus explaining in unambiguous terms why you cannot attend at their offices.

Sinbad I just wanted to reassure you that you may not need to attend a face to face dependent upon the evidence you supply and whether or not DWP contact your GP/doctors for their opinion. I was placed in the support group without a face to face after DWP contacted my GP. She ticked the boxes that she felt applied to me and added her own summary of the disabilities I have accrued due to MS. I then received an email from DWP instructing me to check my online Universal Credit account where they notified me of my entitlement and the extra benefit I would receive.
