Not quite sure how this works. My husband has just been sent the review form today his claim does not run out till June. So now I have to sit and fill in this form over Christmas as they want the form back by 2nd January. Working right up to Christmas eve then spending nights filling this in. Great. Debbie.

Review forms are sent out at around 6 months before the end date of an award. It will be of little comfort to you, but it used to be a year before the end date.

Is it possible to request an extension ? I understood they usually give one if requested, Just a thought.

I would telephone and ask for an extension and at the same time also make the request by letter sent recorded delivery. So that you have proof that the request was made.
