I have done your pip self test I am just asking need your help
it says at the bottom of the self test don't do it so don't go it alone do this mean you can help that you can help ??

We can explain the criteria to you and the things you need to think about when explaining your limitations in regard to each of the PIP activities but we cannot tell you what to write.
