Ensuring that forms are delivered

Hi, People have advised me to return my forms by recorded delivery, however, the guy at the post office is confused because there is no name on the envelope. The address starts off with a series of numbers "Freepost RTEU - HLRZ - BCYC." Is there any way to record the delivery does anyone know? Or would that not be advisable?
Thanks,
WD

Hi WD

I have never had a problems sending freepost envelopes off with recorded delivery label stuck on it. I never send any mail to DWP without sending by recorded delivery, providing you have a post code. If they need a name then write DWP but I have never had a problem to date.
