hi i am at my wits end i have got to send my mandatory reconsideration evidence back this week ,i have wrote about what i think was wrong at assessment but when it comes to explaining why i think the decision is wrong IE: cooking i dont think i can add anything to what i wrote on my claim , they say i can cook with aids and i say because of reasons already put in my claim its impossible
do i just say refer to claim or write it all again ?

You don't have to repeat what you have already said in fact it can be to your advantage to refer the DM to your forms and evidence.
You say that they are saying you can cook with aids and you have already covered this on the form, have you specifically dealt with each aid that they have mentioned or just made a general comment?
Do you have a copy of the assessment report?

Hi thanks for your reply
Yes I have seen the report generally it's a pack of lies I used all the space on the form to explain why.
I have not gone over each aid, but have put I cannot carry things because I can only stand and walk with crutches and when I sit I'm in pain and take morphine which can make me lightheaded and sleepy along with fatigue and low mood and lack of motivation, and that I get cramps and pain in my arms and hands with the slightest activity e en writing a short sentence holdi g a pen brings this on so usi knifes and things would cause pain and put me at risk of cutti g myself, my wife has cooked for me for years and if she has any appointments my daughters help. It was established years ago at tribunal that I could not do this activity however I had only gone for middle rate then and it took them less than 5 mins to give me lifetime award. I don't want to bore the dwp by repeating myself but it is hard to know what to do, it's really causing me anxiety and stress

You could say something like "as covered in more detail on page X of my claim form I am unable to use Y aid because of Z".
That way you are offering an explanation but you don't have to go into detail.
