Hi, I sent in my change of circumstances form in the beginning of October. The dwp sent it to atos the very next day. They acknowledged receiving it within the day after. So many calls to them to arrange a home assessment was met with, 'sorry we cant give a timescale. It all depends when someone is available .
My mp contacted them and lo and behold my mp saved the day.
