Pip review

Hello, we have recieved my husbands pip review and I have answered the questions in much the same way as I did on the original form and included separate sheets and 24 pages of medical evidence including consultants letters etc...is this the right way to do it? Just want to check before I send it off. I hate having to do this and I am scared I have done it incorrectly. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

No I didnt check it out. Oh no...now I am really scared. I used the reliably, safely and in a timely manner throughout. Oh well...no point worrying now because it's been sent. I am hoping that the consultants letters telling them that his condition is irreversible and lifelong ( complete intestinal failute, tube fed...hickman line...etc. ) will be enough to help us. I cant keep feeling so scared to fill in a flippin form. If it comes back as a decline then I will follow your guides to the letter. Thank you for your response Gordon.
