is it best to hand write a letter for mandatory reconsideration or is it ok to send typed, also is it yours faithfullu or sincerely ?

It does not matter which you use, you can use our guides for help:

I usually use CRMR1 form, you can either down load the form and hand write on it or type on it before down loading, if you use the form then you just need to sign it.
