Hi.
Question 13 on the pip review form. "Is there anything else you think we should know about your health condition or disability?"

Do I need to fill this in or put something in there? Obviously they should already know the answers through the original application. Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks

Hi Elizabeth L Ashdown

I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You do not need to fill in question 13, when I am filling this form out for someone I usually put my details in question 13 and why I am completing the form for someone. Over time health conditions can change for the worse or better and therefore the original application which may have been accurate at that moment in time has now changed. I use question 13 as a catch all box where details of your condition if it does not fit in with other question allows you to give extra information to the assessor/decision maker which is relevant to your condition.
