Hello, Could anyone please advise if cohabiting oaps can claim their individual state pensions
My partner has a non contributary state pension and mine is a contracted out state pensions with over 40 years contributions. We are thinking of buying a small flat together would this affect anything. any advise would be appreciated

The State Pension is not means tested and is paid to the individual, so you are free to both do as you wish.
