Please could someone let me know what happens when a single person with an appointee starts a new claim as a couple? I’ve read that you need to start a new claim together but I’m not sure if that’s correct.
Currently, I’m my daughters appointee for PIP and UC, but she is looking in the near future to move in with a partner. I don’t want to be an Appointee for the partner, but would still need to for my daughter so I don’t know how this works.
