PIP assesment was created by Karen
I'm about to complete another PIP assesment form from which obviously like many other claimants worried about not receiving the help. I'm now living in a sheltered housing occomadion a bungalow and I'm concerned if this will go against my assesment. My illness as progressed since my last claim. Am I best to have someone with me when a professional visits me. I'm a new member from today and I suffer badly with anxiety and this PIP brings it on. Thank you if someone can advice me. Karen

Hi Karen

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

Living in sheltered accommodation should not 'go against you' in your assessment.

It is always wise if you can to have someone with you at your assessment so they can take notes and/or record the assessment.
