DLA to PIP

After waiting 22 weeks got a white envelope, for a face to face with I.A.S, (old ATOS) 1 week later a white envelope cancelling it, Now after phoning I have a new date and another 4 weeks wait. .
P up in a brewery comes to mind. They DWP and I.A.S. don't seem to care how much stress they put claimants under. GP not contacted, so I now have a report which I have sent in. Just got to grit your teeth and be persistent. I.A.S. came up with a pathetic excuse for delay. Not fit for purpose. Commons Committee in 2014 said it DLA to PIP was flawed, sadly still is.
When will some organisation take the DWP to court for causing unnecessary mental distress to the old and disabled. This amounts to mental tortures. Its already cost some peoples lives.
This I would have thought breaches article 5 of human rights.
