I'd recommend (I'm not sure of your issues) that you contact a rehab worker / specialist to oversee the assessment. I'd recommend (asking consent first) recording the assessment, if only as something to refer to later. As others have said, the assessors are often in a rush to get things done, don't listen and helpfully suggest answers. If you seem to take too long, well you can read what happened to me!
