I was given a 4 year award when transitioning from DLA to PIP, and I'm aware that any time from this October/November I could be recalled as I have read somewhere they can call you any time in the year before.
Will I have to go through all the stress again of filling the complete form out and have a f2f again? Or do I receive a form asking if there are any changes etc?
I thankfully received just enough points to maintain the equivalant of what I was on when on DLA which is standard care and higher rate mobility. I'm terrified of losing the mobility in particular, as the car is my life line to getting out; especially due to the practically non-existent nearest bus service (normal healthy people would be able to walk to the next nearest buses which is 3/4 -1 mile away.
I have kept photos of all my sheets that I typed out (I was unable to write physically due to the amount of information I gave); and also all my notes etc. If I were to use these again adding any other minor changes (for the worse). would this go against me? Or would it be better to try and reword what I have already put previous?
I'm dreading having to go through it all again.

Hi Capyboppy
PIP review forms are being sent out approximately 6 months before the end of a claimant's award date.
You can read all about the PIP review process here. You will not need to write as much as before (but as our guide suggests you will want to have something in the boxes or on additional sheets even if there has been no change).

The majority of claimants still have a face to face at the review stage.

Thank you BIS.
Apologies for such a long length of time before responding to your answer. This is typical of the brain fog I have when not getting a reminder. Not sure why this time I didn't get one by email like before. Never mind though, I remembered that I had posted a while back and I had better check to see if I had any answers. Much appreciated for the info.
