Length of time wait idea - for ESA appeals

How long roughly does an ESA appeal take? To get to tribunal please . I was in the WRAG ( conts based ) Esa and lost my payments nearly 2 years ago. Due to having an income coming in from a pension - I could not claim IR related, although originally I had transitional allowance as I received the old IB before 2001. My mental health anxiety has declined and was advised by Derbyshire carers to put in for reinstatement to the support group as I cannot now do the tiny bit of permitted work I did before . This all backfired and they took me off ESA altogether and even stopped paying my ni credits . They said I had no limited capacity for work. And played down the anxiety issues despite evidence from my Gp on the severity of it, I am 66 in December and I feel they will do everything possible to hold back any payments to save the dwp money now - so I just wondered when will I expect to hear about a tribunal, Derbyshire welfare rights are helping me . Thank you

The first stage to challenging a Decision is for you to request a Mandatory Reconsideration, have you done this?

MRs can take 5-8 weeks.

If you are now at the appeal stage, has the appeal been accepted? If it has then you can contact the venue for current wait times for a hearing.
