i asked for the face to face assessment for e.s.a to be at home with a supporting letter from my g.p, in 3months they have yet to give me a decision as to whether they will allow this. During this time, i have recieved 6 appopinments from thier health centre, which are then rescheduled ,i do not recieve confirmation the appointment is cancelled till after the due date, followed by a new appointment, the stress this causes seems unnessasary. is this common place.
