Am l right in thinking until the money has been paid into my account l don't need to inform Esa ? as yet l have received nothing. l have drawn out letters ready to send when l have access to the money and l will phone them. l know l will not get any means tested benefit benefits and l agree with that. so just making sure am acting with in the law

You are right in thinking you do not have to inform the DWP about any inheritance until you have received the money.
