ESA Face to Face Assessment ended early was created by marksynergie
F2f medical ended after around 10 mins, when the assessor said 'i'm going to end the assessment there as we have all we need for the DWP to make a decision, you should hear from us in around 2-3 weeks'

Any idea if this is a good thing the assessment being so short?

Also is it worth requesting a copy of the assessment report?

Also wondering what the window is for sending in additional evidence, or is it too late once the assessment has been and gone?

Hi Mike D

I wouldn't like to speculate on the outcome. I have known assessments to be cut short and a positive out and a negative one.

You cannot request a copy of the report until the decision is made.

You can always send in additional evidence if it is relevant to the information you put in your claim. Whether they take any notice of it, is up to the DWP.

Oh right, I've seen on this forum some people are requesting a copy of the assessor's report which will give the points scored etc, and the DWP are posting these out before a decision is made.

Is this something we can request?

Mike

That is only for PIP, the DWP will not release the ESA assessment report until a Decision has been made.
