Sending Additional Evidence. was created by furrypusscat
Hello all,
I am awaiting the PIP part 2 pack. Over the years I have been collecting evidence to send in with my claim. I have been printing 2 copies of everything thinking that would be in order, one for DWP and one for Capita. As I now know that all evidence is scanned would I be wasting time and postage in sending two identical folders containing my evidence. I originally thought it would be easier. I can still send two folders if there is any benefit. Could you please advise what is best.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Furry
When you send in your claim you need only send one copy of additional evidence - two will be confusing as two could then be scanned onto the system. You really don't want to do that.

Thank you BIS. One set will be sent then, I would hate to confuse anyone so I will keep it simple. Thank you also for prompt reply, I wasn't expecting anyone to read my post until after 2pm.
