What is your advice for completing a PIP review form, if your needs are the same as they were years ago?

Also why do the guidelines say do not send a supporting letter form the GP. This is evidence I always send.

There is a section in our PIP Claim guide that covers completing the AR1 Review form.

The DWP has no right to dictate what the claimant can or cannot send with their Claim form, if you think that a letter from your GP will assist your claim then include a copy with the form when you return it.
