I am 67 years old and have just been awarded after appeal enhanced pip for care and mobility. They are saying I will have to re apply in 2022. Why am I not on the light touch system after 10 years
The tribunal do not award the 'light touch review' - they only speak to the claim that you put in and award accordingly. I think you will find that you will hear from the DWP before the end of the award and then you will receive the 'light touch'.
