DLA to PIP was created by Sallyb
Hi, about 3 weeks before Xmas, I received a letter from DWP stating that they were seeking further information from my GP and Psych team. The letter said that they would then make a decision as to whether they need to undertake F2F or could make a decision without further info.

I've been waiting since then to hear from them, but nothing.

Should I at this point be doing something or does the delay & silence mean anything?

Since their last communication, I have started a course of treatment with the secondary mental health team, and have been 're-allocated a new CPN who is seeing me on a regular basis. Should I be contacting them?

I would phone the PIP Helpline for an update.

I would also send a letter explaining the changes in your treatment to the address on the letter that came with your claim form.
