Requesting PIP Face to Face Report was created by Jan1955
At the Face to Face the assessor said the system was down and he could not see the form we filled in, should we be concerned about this ? We intend to call the DWP in a week and ask for a copy of the report What kind of information should we expect it too contain, will it be just the assessors opinions or will it give an indication of points ( if any ) given by the assessor ? many thanks

The bulk of the report is written up after the face to face is completed so it is not necessarily a problem that they did not have access to your form during the interview.
The report will indicate which Descriptors the assessor is recommending. there is a sample report in the PIP section.
