At the Face to Face the assessor said the system was down and he could not see the form we filled in, should we be concerned about this ? We intend to call the DWP in a week and ask for a copy of the report What kind of information should we expect it too contain, will it be just the assessors opinions or will it give an indication of points ( if any ) given by the assessor ? many thanks Jan1955
The bulk of the report is written up after the face to face is completed so it is not necessarily a problem that they did not have access to your form during the interview.
The report will indicate which Descriptors the assessor is recommending. there is a sample report in the PIP section.
