Completing the PIP2. was created by furrypusscat
Good afternoon,
I know this has been asked before but to save searching the site I am considering typing my answers into the boxes due to poor writing because of arthritis. How is it best to secure my answers on to the boxes. Would sellotape be acceptable or is there a better way? I have additional evidence which I have in a display folder which will accompany my completed form. Thank you.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Furry
It is up to you how you attach them., though i wouldn't use sellotape as it may get in the way of them scanning the information. I would just type up all your answers and number those pages and then write in each box - see "Page No. X" - It will save you cutting bits of paper up. I've done this on lots of occasions for people and it's always accepted. (Don't forget to put your name and national insurance number on each additional page you add in - including any medical evidence)

Hello Furry
I did a change of circumstances last september. My husband typed the additional comments for me on Word. I asked the forum the very same question as well. (Even changed the fonts to 6 in some cases to fit so I hope they had good eyesight!
We cello taped the printouts to the relevant additional comments sections and they accepted it.
Hope this helps you in some way and the very best of luck with your claim. Xxxxx

Thank you both for your advice.
I will see how I manage. I have started writing the medical history, and I have my prescription print out so will attach that. I thought if I just did one section a day I may manage but my writing will be scribbly. If I struggle then I will go back to idea of typing. I hope your change of circumstance worked well and thank you for your good wishes for my claim.
