Hi jeff

You do not get a SDP with a State Pension (SP), depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to claim Pension Credits (PC), if you are eligible then you could get a SDP paid with your PC. If you are getting an enhanced disability premium then this would cease when you reach SP age.

I am not sure what allowance you get for living alone as a SDP can be paid to couples providing both couples qualify. You may want to seek advice from your local welfare right unit.
