I had my new assessment for my review of pip, and I got my living allowance taken off me and just got my mobility, I asked for a MR and for assessors report, when I received it, I discovered the assessor has lied throughout the whole report. I'm so distressed and upset by this, I'm going to appeal. But don't know what to do about the lies in report.

As tempting as it may be to rubbish the entire report - don't call the assessor 'a liar' - show how they were 'mistaken' and put the majority of your focus on where you didn't score points where you think you should have done.
