Hi
I am in the process of completing my MR.
The DM refers to an an Assessor and a face to face consultation. In the report there is also mention of blackouts,
which was discussed with to another person during a telephone call and 3 weeks after the face to face.
Could I argue that the DM's decision was made based on one assessor and one meeting because there is no
mention of that second person calling but that person did contribute to the report.
Here is what I am planning to say;
"Throughout the text of your decision, you mention only you the face to face assessment with an 'assessor'
What you have omitted to mention is that there were two assessments. One was the aforementioned
and one with a the second assessor which was over the phone. These took place over two different dates, times and conditions?"
I hope that all makes sense!

Your primary task is to show that you meet the criteria, there are many reasons you may have failed, you need to address each of these but don't get bogged down in criticising the assessment report unless you can clearly show that it is incorrect, it is a lot easier to argue the facts of the situation;
"the assessor recorded that I walked 50m, I did but they have failed to document that I had to stop every 10m for a rest due to breathlessness"
than their opinions
"based on my observations of the claimant walking I believe that they can reliably walk more than 200m.
