Need help. Long story. In june 2019 i won my appeal in court and placed in work group. At court i was not allowed to enter worsening of condition so did just after. Was given a form to fill in sent all new evidence. Was told in August the decision was with the f2f face company and will have to wait for there decision. Up until 2 weeks ago every time I called them i was told they still have not made a decision. I complaned to a government complaint place got a phone call told it was not acceptable to wait this long next day received a text telling me not to miss my f2f a week later. Due to my illness i requested a home visit backed up with a letter from my specialist saying to make me attend would put my health to deteriorate. They ignored due to i think because I put the first complaint in. Im due next Friday. If i win to be put in support group where I should have been will they back pay any money. I was only getting my stamp paid for in work related group.

I called but i have letters saying they had my new form and waiting a discussion from the health assessment department. I also have a letter to them from my MP in August asking why it was taking so long
