So the assessor states I'm able to stand and walk 1 metre but not 20 unsteady etc.
I'm incontinent. With the help of aids, I can sort myself out the assessor believes. I would struggle. But if I can't walk how the heck do I get my pads and dispose of the old ones? I don't have a pile of 20 pads in the lounge and bedroom. (Maybe they think I should).How do I clean myself up? I am to sit there until help appears?
This was a nurse of all people reporting back to the DWP.
