ESA - PIP -Help was created by Jimmy
Hi I was on DLA for life, I was told to switch to PPP which I did, was booked for a assessment and so called assessor never turned up and lied saying I failed the assessment due missing assessment.
Is there anything else i can do now? DWP think i'm lying about my 12 illnesses.
So DWP said do MR - Mandatory Reconsideration they rejected that, now I put in appeal today for the PIP.
Due to that I was on DLA which was stopped in OCT 2019 can I apply a new application for ESA?
Due to DLA they stopped my housing benefits as well, I am now stuck with rent issues due to which I will be homeless and I have no funds either.

If your claim was closed because you classed as failing to attend an assessment then any appeal that you might make will only consider this issue, the Tribunal panel and the DWP before them will only be looking at this issue they will not be considering whether you should have been awarded PIP.
There is nothing stopping you making a claim for ESA and I would also make a new claim for PIP, if your appeal is successful then the two claims will be merged.
Housing Benefit is not tied to DLA or PIP so I would contact your Local Authority about your HB.

I rung DWP they said I can get ESA and sent claim form.
Really appreciate your help, just facing a brick wall from every ange.
I went to welfare rights to appeal that and the woman made me feel as-though im lying and a criminal, felt like crying. How can I fake 12+ illnesses is beyond me,

You can make a claim for New Style ESA providing you have at least 50 weeks of NI Contributions in both of the Tax Years 2017-18 and 2018-19. If you don't then your only option is to claim Universal Credit.
Yes, you can make a nil income claim for Housing Benefit or a low income one, WTC's are not relevant for HB.
