Pip review form was created by mariababy
Do the contents of my pip review form have to be as detailed and long as the initial pip applicatio n form? Or can it be a long the lines of 'because of my condition, I cannot do this or that' in summary form. I am also thinking of including a copy of my initial PIP form? Thank you in advance

Hi mariababy

On a PIP review form you need to explain if your condition has deteriorated, approx date it happened, (remember they are looking at 3 months prior and ongoing for 9 months), how it has deteriorated and what effects the deterioration has on you.

If there has been no change in your condition then copy your initial form, if you just write no change that usually goes against you. You need to include enough information to enable you to fit the criteria, if you have updated support documents then include them along with any prescription lists.

If you follow the link below it will tell you what you need to know about completing the PIP review.
