Hi Mr Frog
Face-to-face health assessments for benefits suspended amid coronavirus outbreak.

Due to the above information we are not able to tell you how long you will have to wait, I would contact the DWP to see what they say and let the forum know.

Could you update me please I sent in my DLA to PIP form at the beginning of March and have received a letter from the DWP on the 9th March stating that capita had received my form then on the 24th March the Covid 3 month hold came into effect.
Do I just wait to see what happens having no f2f date I am in no mans land can you advise on the situation please. I presume my form is just on a hold list until further notice just wish they would update us its very stressful

Hi Mr Frog
Depending on any supporting evidence you sent in with your forms, forum members have informed us that they have undergone phone assessments, some have been awarded PIP without any assessments just from the supporting documents they have sent in.
I would contact Capita and ask them, your file may have been returned to the DWP as a number of files have.
