Hi Gordon , got the dreaded brown envelope , nothing changed ,,same as last time , have I got this right , That you can ring first & ask dm to review gtheir decision ??????? then if still not altered I can then ask for M/R and that has to be done back to them within 28 days of requesting , thanks , there is further to come after your advice ,regards Mozz
