Hi im new so sorry if this is already somewhere else. Today my husband received a call, from DWP from ESA, asking if anyone was receiving carers allowance for my hubbie in 2015. He said he was investigating if we were due any back payment. Anyone got anything to add to this as I am clue less about what it would mean if anyone was reciving cares allowance for him or not.
