Hi recieved a letter to say my pip is ending and I if I wish to claim again I'll have to decide and phone the new claims number?!
I thought it would be a review and not a new claim process?? It's hardly a good use of time or theirs to send in existing information they already have Can anyone help?
This does seem to be happening to a number of claimants on fixed terms awards, especially if they have been to appeal. All you can do is raise it with them, but I think you may find they are intransigent on this and you have no choice but to make a new claim.
