Staying conscious when awake was created by Chris P
Does dissociation – losing sense of one's surroundings, which is an extreme panic response – count as a form of blackout? Dissociation often causes me to injure myself but it arises from a mental health condition. On page 31 of the latest guide, it says points can only be scored for physical disabilities if these are caused by a physical condition. Thank you.

Chris

You can only score for activities 1-10 if the underlying condition is a physical one and for 11-17 where it is a mental health or cognitive one.

It is still worth making an argument that you meet this criteria but I would not rely on your scoring the points.
