Hi
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience in in submitting the MR.
What I have is a 4 page document, detailing my case.
What I want to do is submit it and keeping it altogether.
But on the last part (6) it states;
'Please use this space to tell us anything else you think we might need to know.
If there is not enough space, please use a separate sheet of paper'
Can I just say see the attached document, which will be stapled together
with the form along with my NI, or will I have to copy page 1
then continue the rest of the document as if they are separate sheets of paper?

Hi Paul
You can just say - see attached sheet - but don't staple it, put a hole and tie it with a tag, or a piece of string. (They don't like staples and staples can rip pages)

Yes you can, I do that all the time. Make sure that any additional pages and supporting documents you are sending are numbered and has your name and National Insurance number on each additional page. Fasten all the pages together to avoid loose pages from getting lost.

I wouldn't double space, I think it makes it harder to read - but that's a personal view - there are no rules on this. Make sure paragraphs are short.
