One more question that my rhematologist recommended some physiotherapy for home exercises and give me a cream for massage, how much time he's recommending is more then 5 hours a week. I write it down in claim pack and also in MR but hp or decision maker haven't comments even a single word. Should I mention again in appeal while evidence letter is there and specialist state clearly I must do these exercise daily basis.

I would highlight the omission but I would expect the cream to be treated as a medication and as a result, you will not be able to score more than one point for it.

Do you have the Rheumatologist's recommendation in writing?
Does your wife's involvement extend beyond applying the cream, to score for therapy you need to show that you need prompting, assistance or supervision?
