Hi ,my daughter has been waiting since nov26 2019 for her pip assessment date ,we went to tribunal to get her another date as she missed her original appt in sept2018, as she had tried to rearrange the tribunal upheld her appeal .Since then she has been waiting for a new date from Capita. l have recently spoken to our MP and 2 weeks later are still waiting for a reply from the DWP where can l go from here to get any help ? By the time she gets a new assessment date her claim will be out of date and we will have top begin the process all over again as we have the last three times all resulting in tribunals which she has won each time ,its a viscous circle which isn't helping her mental health.
