I was just wondering about when I should request that audio recording be carried out.
I understand that I have an impending Work Capability Assessment (WCA) for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) having been informed over the telephone earlier today that the Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) would like to call me in for an assessment. However, I have not yet received the appointment letter confirming this fact.
With this in mind, should I request that the appointment be audio recorded right away based on what I was told over the telephone, or should I wait until I receive an appointment letter?
