Just to confirm does your website, specifically this forum deal with queries of a housing benefit nature? This is regarding a prospective claim that I wish to make, which would not be made via Universal Credit (UC) as I am in receipt of the Severe Disability Premium. I understand that this means any claim I made would be through my local authority.

You are correct, as you are in receipt of SDP then you would not be able to apply for UC unless you live in the Harrogate area, you can apply for HB.
