Should I also repeat the medication in descriptor was created by PBR Street Gang

Sorry guys, I have already had some help about repeating phrases, but I forgot to ask about medication.

For example should or can I write in one descriptor that 'Due to depression X takes X medication daily' and if that applies medication/condition applies to another descriptor, repeat it again?

No, you do not need to repeat about your taking medication unless there is a specific reason for doing so.
