2 hours for a pip assessment was created by Deb
Just want to rant about how long my assessment took! Surely that’s not normal? I am now physically, emotionally and mentally worn out.
How soon can I ring the DWP for a copy of the assessors report?

Hi Deb

The length of assessments do vary. Two hours is on the long side, but I do know other people who have had assessments that have been that length and some even longer.

The assessor is supposed to load up the assessment report within 48hrs . It should be available after that.

Hi
My home assessment took just short of 3 hours. The HP was really good and allowed me plenty of time to respond to her questions, which I really appreciated. I received my award 7 weeks after assessment.
Good luck

Could you tell me which phone number I ring to ask for a copy of the assessment or where I’d find it please? Thanks

Hi Deb

You ring up the DWP - the phone number will be on the letter they sent out with the PIP form.
