What is an FRR4? was created by Anisty
I got the UC85A report back for my son and it makes for depressing reading i must say.
They said as evidence they considered the questionnaire, specialist letter plus FRR4.
What is that please?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Anisty
An FRR4 is completed after the HCP has had a telephone conversation with either the claimant or one of their medical contacts. I assume in your case it is one of the medical contacts.

Thanks.
Under prognosis it says 'i advise that no significant functional change is likely' Does that mean they are unlikely to call him in for re assessment any time soon?

You will need to wait for the Decision, the DWP can decide not to reassess a claimant, if they decide on this then it will say on the Letter, if not then the maximum period between assessments is three years.

Thanks Gordon. Will i get anything else though? I didnt think they sent anything else out after work capability assessments?
All we got was the decision letter on my son's work journal which says he is in LCWRA group. It didnt give any other info at all, other than to say he doesnt need to do anything else.
Then i requested this medical report form but it doesnt say when he will next be assessed.
Given how bleak the medical report is, i am guessing it might well be the 3 yrs.

Hi Anisty
Many congratulations on the award and well done.
Your son has been placed in the support group, he will get an additional premium added to his UC.
