Hi, I have my PIP tribunal on 11th March. I have extra evidence which I am sending via email to the courts, but am wondering if there is an email address where I can send it to the DWP rather than the post which may take a long time to get through their internal systems.
I know that the courts will send copies to the DWP, I just want them to get it quickly as I believe that the tribunal won't go ahead when they receive the extra paperwork.
The extra evidence includes a letter of apology from IAS stating that my PIP assessment report was not up to standard and should not be relied on. They have also apologised for the manner of the HP. I didn't realise that the DWP weren't sent a copy of this letter until only yesterday. They also don't have my own statement of why the assessment report was incorrect.
You must not send information relating to your appeal directly to the DWP, doing so can result in the papers for your appeal, that is held by each of the three parties; you, the DWP and the panel, being out of sync if this happens then your hearing will almost certainly be adjourned so that the issue can be rectified.
