How long is the wait for MR?
They recieved mine on 31/12/2019 I phoned 3 weeks into January and it hadn't been put on their system, she did it whilst I was on the phone but to date still not heard anything from them. Does it always take this long?

Unfortunately it varies across the region, they were having issues with their post at one stage.
I would give them a call to put your mind at ease, did you request a copy of your assessors report?
