As I expected I got no points at all. I have to wait for the letter. They said they’d send me a form in the post too, I’m assuming it’s for the MR. Just thought I’d report back.

Hi BIS
Luckily I’ve got my MR all done & ready. I did mention the letter I’d sent but they said they couldn’t consider that.
Thanks

Have you got hold of your medical report?

Due to us both of us no longer getting an award for Daily Living the SDP has already stopped. I understand that the carers will stop too, how soon will this be?

I’ve also been looking at the Mobility overwhelming psychological stress case, I’m sure that this could apply to me. Seeing as I’ve had my award completely taken away I thought that now would be the time to ask DWP to look at my case again. Or would they confuse them? Although I’m not quite sure how to word my case, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi Bud

I can't tell you when you're carers allowance will stop. That will be up to the DWP.

If you're going to ask them to look at your case again with regards to OPD , you need to do this as a separate issue from any other correspondence you are currently having with the DWP
