looked again at my pip ? was created by reds123

hi, i have received a letter today saying my pip has been looked at again due to a change in law but my award remains the same, am i right in thinking this is only to do with planning and following a journey, do you have any specific guides to read on this change in law so i can decide if i should request a MR. many thanks bb
