Hello there
I have been waiting almost a year now from date of initial application for a Tribunal date. I have just found this amazing sites diary sheets, which I will use. I've been awarded nil points for all questions on my forms.
Is there anything that may help in my challenge once a date has been set. I have a letter from my previous employer, outlining my decline in energy and focus etc and having to reduce hrs to suite.
I also have a letter from my GP listing my conditions.
I'm in a fog and feel I should be doing more, but can't move forward, any suggestions would help immensely.
Many thanks in anticipation.
Maz..

Hi Maz

If you scored zero points and you believe that you should have scored more, setting aside any issues you may have had with an assessor, the important thing is to go back and look at every question where you expected to score points and see whether you explained your difficulties clearly against the PIP criteria.

You can look at each individual question online with guidance on what you might have written and see if you need to add additional information for the tribunal
